The Role: Business Development & Growth

We’re looking for a high-energy Go-to-Market Generalist to join our founding team in Chattanooga. You’ll help us grow to 100+ customers by building pipeline, testing campaigns, and supporting sales, marketing, and partnership initiatives from the ground up.

This role is perfect for someone who:

  • Is startup-obsessed (maybe even a future founder) and wants an exclusive front-row seat to building one from Pre-Seed
  • Might’ve once considered law school—but craved something faster-paced and more impactful
  • Wants to grind in the most exciting early-stage startup co-working space in the Southeast with 10+ other YC/venture-backed teams (SF who?)
  • Thrives in a hands-on, fast-moving, IRL environment (yes, we mean in-person—not just Slack!)

What You’ll Do

  • Execute outbound strategy and partner with the CEO on early sales conversations
  • Plan, launch, and optimize paid acquisition across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and emerging channels
  • Lead and scale our referral programs, building repeatable deal flow through partnerships with law firms, agencies, and VCs
  • Create weekly content and GTM assets to support sales, education, and brand-building
  • Engage directly with customers to build relationships and turn early users into power users
  • Refine our ideal customer persona through customer insights and shape the product roadmap alongside the founding team
  • Host events, webinars, and strategic activations, with up to 25% domestic and international travel

You Might Be a Fit If You…

  • Have 2–4 years of experience in B2B sales or growth marketing (former founders welcome!)
  • Know your way around Google Ads, Meta Ads, and performance reporting
  • Are a clear communicator who can tell a story, sell a vision, and get people excited
  • Love running fast experiments and digging into data
  • Are energized by ambiguity, quick pivots, and building from scratch
  • Are curious about compliance or the intersection of law + marketing
