Every company in America has a marketing compliance problem. They just don't know it yet.

Right now, billion-dollar brands are getting sued, fined, and shut down because a landing page had the wrong disclaimer. A social post missed a disclosure. An influencer went off-script. The legal review process is broken: weeks of back-and-forth, bottlenecked by overworked compliance teams, while competitors ship faster.

We're fixing that. Warrant is an end-to-end platform for marketing compliance. We give financial services, insurance, and Fortune 500s instant compliance feedback so they can launch faster, stay audit-ready, and never get caught off guard.

We're backed by Brickyard, Capitalize VC, Techstars, and Vast Ventures, alongside operators from Brex, Slope, and Mercury. We're not building a feature. We're building the category and are up 300% last quarter.

What You're Walking Into

Strong inbound traction. 180+ deals in flight. A product that demos itself. A massive, underserved market where the status quo is "email it to legal and wait two weeks." Your job is to turn all of that into a repeatable, scalable revenue engine. You'll report directly to the CEO and Head of Revenue. You'll have a real seat at the table shaping pricing, packaging, positioning, and how we go to market. This is not a "manage what exists" role. This is build it, own it, scale it.

Role Description

  • Generate pipeline from scratch through outbound, partner relationships, credit union networks, conferences, and inbound.
  • Engage marketing, compliance, and legal leaders early to understand how their review process works today, where it breaks, and what regulators expect.
  • Multi-thread across marketing, compliance, risk, IT, and executive sponsors to build buying alignment.
  • Structure pilots with defined success criteria and mutual action plans, then convert them into contracts.
  • Turn review bottlenecks and regulatory exposure into clear business cases, including time saved, review rounds cut, and audit readiness.
  • Work vendor due diligence, security questionnaires (backed by our SOC 2 Type 2 report), and contracting through to signature.
  • Run a large pipeline with discipline: evidence behind every stage, a dated next step on every deal, and an accurate forecast in Attio.
  • Build the playbook as you sell: ICP, discovery, qualification, objection handling, and follow-up cadence.
  • Feed what you hear in the field back into product, pricing, and positioning.

Qualifications

  • A track record of selling to banks, credit unions, insurance carriers, or other financial institutions (required)
  • 3–6 years of quota-carrying B2B SaaS sales, with full-cycle ownership from pipeline generation through close.
  • Experience selling compliance, risk, RegTech, marketing technology, or other software that compliance and legal teams must approve.
  • Proven ability to earn the trust of skeptical compliance and risk buyers who read every word.
  • Comfort running many deals at once in the $30K–$95K range with multiple stakeholders.
  • Experience in early-stage or founder-led environments where the sales playbook was still being written.
  • A consultative, diagnostic approach: you frame the problem before you pitch.
  • Clear, precise writing and discretion with sensitive customer information.
  • A builder mentality suited to a 0-to-1 environment.
  • Familiarity with AI tools, including Claude Cowork
  • Familiarity with UDAAP, Reg Z, NCUA, FDIC, or FINRA advertising rules is a plus.
