Every company in America has a marketing compliance problem. They just don't know it yet.
Right now, billion-dollar brands are getting sued, fined, and shut down because a landing page had the wrong disclaimer. A social post missed a disclosure. An influencer went off-script. The legal review process is broken: weeks of back-and-forth, bottlenecked by overworked compliance teams, while competitors ship faster.
We're fixing that. Warrant is an end-to-end platform for marketing compliance. We give financial services, insurance, and Fortune 500s instant compliance feedback so they can launch faster, stay audit-ready, and never get caught off guard.
We're backed by Brickyard, Capitalize VC, Techstars, and Vast Ventures, alongside operators from Brex, Slope, and Mercury. We're not building a feature. We're building the category and are up 300% last quarter.
What You're Walking Into
Strong inbound traction. 180+ deals in flight. Enterprise Fortune 500 customers across banking, insurance, and asset management already live on the platform. A massive, underserved market where the status quo is "email it to legal and wait two weeks." Your job is to land the lighthouse accounts that define the category and build the enterprise motion that scales it. You'll report directly to the CEO and Head of Revenue. You'll have a real seat at the table shaping pricing, packaging, positioning, and how we sell to the largest regulated institutions in the country. This is not a "manage what exists" role. This is build it, own it, scale it.
Role Description
- Generate pipeline through account-based outbound, your network, and high-conviction engagement with target institutions.
- Engage heads of marketing, compliance, legal, and risk early to understand their review workflows, regulatory obligations, and internal constraints.
- Multi-thread across champions, compliance and legal approvers, procurement, and executive sponsors to build buying alignment.
- Structure paid pilots and proofs of value with defined success criteria, conversion terms, and mutual action plans.
- Turn pilot results into decision-ready business cases covering review speed, risk reduction, and audit readiness.
- Manage vendor risk, InfoSec (backed by our SOC 2 Type 2 report), model risk, legal, and procurement across cycles of six months or more.
- Partner closely with the CEO to secure executive alignment and close multi-year agreements.
- Run your book with discipline: evidence behind every stage, a dated next step on every deal, and an accurate forecast in Attio.
- Shape ICP, positioning, and the enterprise playbook with what you learn in the field.
Qualifications
- A track record of closing six-figure, multi-year contracts with banks, insurance carriers, asset managers, or other financial institutions
- 6–10 years of enterprise SaaS sales, with full-cycle ownership from pipeline generation through close.
- Demonstrated success closing net-new business in emerging or category-creation markets.
- Experience guiding deals through vendor due diligence, InfoSec, legal, and procurement at large regulated institutions.
- Proven ability to engage compliance, legal, and risk leaders with real credibility.
- Experience running pilots or proofs of concept that converted to contracts.
- Experience in early-stage or founder-led environments where the sales playbook was still being defined.
- A consultative, diagnostic approach: you frame the situation before you pitch and bring structure to ambiguous problems.
- Precise communication. Claims about product, customers, and results must be accurate.
- Familiarity with AI tools, including Claude Cowork
- Familiarity with FINRA, the SEC Marketing Rule, state insurance advertising rules, or bank regulatory expectations is a plus.
