Role Description

This is a part-time hybrid role as an Inbound WhatsApp Sales Student at Water Monster. The role will involve communicating with customers via WhatsApp to assist with sales inquiries, provide product information, and support the sales team. The position is based in Beirut with the flexibility to do most of the work from home.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong communicator in Arabic and English
• Customer service experience
• Knowledge of sales techniques
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Proficiency in using WhatsApp for business purposes
• Fluency in Arabic and English languages
• Desire to learn and grow in a sales role
• Background in marketing or sales is a plus
• Confident closer, not afraid to ask for the sale
• Tech-savvy and fast learner (we’ll train you on the product)
• Experience in WhatsApp, online sales, or customer service

What you’ll do:

• Respond to inbound leads from WhatsApp (from our website, Play Store, or social media)
• Understand customer needs (B2B & B2C), recommend the right Water Monster product or service
• Close sales, coordinate with the ops team for delivery
• Keep records of chats, lead status, and customer info

Bonus points if:

• You’ve sold tech or services before
• You have connections in hospitality, food services, or water-related industries

This is a remote + commission-based role (with base salary after probation period).
