The foundation works to prevent gender-based violence and discrimination, promoting cultural transformation towards dignity and a better life for adolescents, girls, and women nationwide.

Their solution involves operating under a framework of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion. They co-authored Law 2326, known as ALERTA ROSA, a key instrument for finding missing persons and preventing crimes such as sexual exploitation, human trafficking, and femicides. Additionally, they advocate for political participation, social mobilization, and empowerment to ensure women's voices are heard and their rights respected.

They are looking for a VOLUNTEER Partnerships & Fundraising Specialist.

Role Description:

• Fundraising Strategy: Develop and execute fundraising strategies to meet financial goals.
• Donor Relations: Build and maintain relationships with donors and sponsors.
• Proposal Writing: Craft compelling proposals to attract funding for projects.
• Event Planning: Organize fundraising events to engage potential donors.
• Strategic Partnerships: Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships to support organizational objectives.
• Budget Management: Oversee fundraising budgets and ensure financial targets are met.

Time Commitment: Volunteer 10+ hours per week for 6+ months remotely 💻
