Seek and Sight is a web-based educational platform that teaches sight words to children with learning disabilities through STEM concepts, social-emotional learning, and personalized, curriculum-aligned tools. Seek and Sight addresses critical social and educational challenges that impact children with learning disabilities, their families, and underserved communities.

Role (Volunteer): Virtual Assistant.

Role Description: A dedicated virtual assistant can streamline operations across all teams by:

Fundraising Coordination: Automating follow-ups, scheduling meetings, and tracking grant deadlines for CHIP, Medicaid, and IEP funding.

Marketing Support: Managing social media calendars, tracking outreach campaigns, and compiling potential pilot partner lists.

Educational Support: Organizing curriculum updates, scheduling feedback sessions with educators, and managing progress reports.

Development & Design: Coordinating project timelines, maintaining a bug tracker, and organizing design asset libraries.

Administrative Tasks: Summarizing meeting notes, managing calendars, and ensuring timely communication among team members.

Contacting Potential Pilot Customers: Proactively reaching out to schools, therapy centers, and nonprofits to schedule demos and gather feedback.

Setting Up Meetings: Coordinating with partner lists to arrange and manage meeting schedules, ensuring smooth communication between stakeholders.

Creating Social Media Content: Developing engaging posts and updates to build brand awareness, share success stories, and highlight our mission across digital channels. Manage blog on website

Time Commitment: Volunteer 10+ hours per week for a one-off project remotely 💻
