Pan Africa Women Empowerment Network (PAWEN) is a startup strategically working to address challenges faced by aspiring African entrepreneurs through several cohort-based programs. The "Aspiring Entrepreneurs Program" guides them to establish and expand successful businesses through masterclasses, expert coaching, and peer learning. "TechUp Africa" nurtures talents with scholarships, mentorship, hackathons, and partnerships offering internships and job placements. Furthermore, "Onboard Her" prepares senior leaders for board roles, enhancing their success as board members. These initiatives, complemented by continuous "lunch and learn" sessions, create a rich ecosystem where they can develop competence, confidence, and connections to excel in their respective fields.

Role (Volunteer): Program Outreach and Enrolment Specialist.

Role Description: PAWEN (Pan-African Women’s Empowerment Network) drives transformative programs that empower women and youth across Africa through leadership development, technology training, and economic growth initiatives. We are seeking a Program Outreach and Enrollment Specialist (Volunteer) to promote our Leadership Development Programs in their country and engage prospective participants.

While this role is on a volunteer basis, successful candidates will receive a referral bonus—a percentage of the program fee for every confirmed participant. This opportunity allows you to advance your marketing and sales skills while contributing to a noble cause that uplifts communities and individuals.

Key Responsibilities

• Program Promotion: Identify prospective participants and clearly communicate the benefits of PAWEN’s Leadership Development Programs.
• Lead Generation & Follow-Up: Develop and nurture a pipeline of leads through social media, networking events, and personal outreach.
• Consultative Engagement: Understand the unique needs of interested individuals, recommending the most suitable offerings for their professional growth.
• Market Awareness: Keep track of market trends, competitor activities, and regional opportunities to expand program reach.
• Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on sales metrics—such as inquiries, conversions, and revenue—to maintain transparency and measure effectiveness.

Time Commitment: Volunteer 4-6 hours per week for 1-2 months remotely 💻
