ReviveBattery mitigate the early death of lead-acid batteries and regenerate them 2-3 times for up to 90% of their original capacity. In the process, they reduce 3.5 tons of Co2 emissions per battery. Battery recycling is an emission-intensive chemical process that causes environmental damage and harms people engaging with it. Their cutting-edge technology rejuvenates batteries without damaging them, reducing greenhouse gas emissions and avoiding the need for energy-intensive recycling.

Revive Battery is a cutting-edge battery regeneration company dedicated to transforming the energy sector with sustainable solutions. We specialize in extending battery life, reducing waste, and minimizing the environmental impact of lead-acid batteries through our innovative regeneration technology. Our work supports a global transition to circular energy systems. We welcome Erasmus+ and international student interns who are passionate about sustainability to join our mission-driven team.
Role Summary
As a Founder’s Associate, you will work directly with the Founder & CEO to support the company’s day-to-day operations and communications. This role is ideal for someone who wants to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced startup environment, learning how to scale a sustainability-driven business. You will contribute to key projects, coordinate internal and external communications, and help streamline operational workflows.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with managing the Founder’s calendar, scheduling, and meeting preparations
- Draft, edit, and manage internal and external communications (emails, briefs, presentations)
- Coordinate across teams to follow up on tasks, meetings, and projects
- Support event planning, investor meetings, and stakeholder engagement activities
- Help create and maintain documentation, project trackers, and operational workflows
- Research and summarize insights on industry trends, policy updates, and competitors
- Contribute to pitch decks, reports, and other materials for partners and funders
Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Communications, International Development, Environmental Studies, or related field
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English;
- Familiarity with investor relations, including communication, updates, and due diligence coordination
- Experience in designing and refining pitch decks and pitch scripts for fundraising and presentations
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
- Comfortable with tools such as Google Workspace, Notion, Zoom, and Slack
- Strong interest in sustainability, climate tech, or circular economy solutions
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment
