Instead of relying on decades-old recycling education or post-disposal management, Waste Lens™ tackles the root cause: wrong disposal decisions that drive $44.2 trillion in global economic damage each year. Using Vision AI and agent-led orchestration, users snap a photo of their waste, the AI identifies it, and specialized agents handle follow-through—diverting materials into recycling, resale, or replacement pathways. This system extends landfill life, reduces tipping costs, cuts emissions, and unlocks revenue by fueling circular and commerce markets. Unlike recycling apps that depend on motivation, Waste Lens™ builds agentic-native, concierge-style experiences with personalized incentives, ensuring scale and adoption. Its B2G2C model allows cities to save on landfill costs while unlocking a captive user base, turning waste from a costly liability into a powerful economic engine for sustainable growth.

Role (Volunteer): Acting Chief Revenue & Partnership Officer.

Role Description: Your work will directly fuel Eco-Activators™’ mission to turn waste into economic value and environmental impact. By developing our partnership ecosystem and primary revenue engine, you’ll accelerate the launch and scale of Waste Lens™ — an AI-native, behavior automation platform designed to make diverting waste into circular and commerce markets feel effortless and profitable.

Waste Lens™ is unlocking the uncapped upside of commissions and partnerships — the engine that keeps municipal costs low and lets us scale everywhere. By building this, you’ll shape a category-defining cleantech venture designed to make a measurable dent in the world.

What You’ll Do:

🔑 Build the Engine — Help design and test the revenue + partnerships playbook that becomes our growth flywheel.

🌍 Maximize Partnerships — Support outreach and activation of mission-aligned partners (circular markets, commerce, co-branding).

💡 Drive Revenue — Contribute to adoption, loyalty, and commission models that prove Waste Lens™’ unit economics.

⚡ Execute & Hustle — Join founder-led conversations, craft proposals, and support milestones that unlock funding and growth.

🛠️ Be a Builder — Lean in where needed; move fast without breaking trust.

Ideal Candidate:

• 5+ years in revenue, sales, or partnerships leadership (comfortable building something from nothing).
• Experience with commission, marketplace, or partnership-driven growth.
• Excited to help take our second revenue stream from 0 → 1, proving the model and fueling scale.

We hope you will help us interview a permanent candidate and open to volunteer-to-permanent hire conversations if we both feel the fit works.

Time Commitment: Volunteer 7-9 hours per week for 3-5 months remotely 💻
