Role (Volunteer, unpaid): Podcast Producer

Role Description: Are you passionate about storytelling through audio and video? Do you have the skills to edit, produce, and enhance podcast episodes for maximum engagement? Grace to Grow Mentorship & Training Limited is looking for a Podcast Producer to help amplify our mission through high-quality podcast content.

About Grace to Grow Grace to Grow is a social enterprise dedicated to empowering women and youth through mentorship, leadership development, and personal growth. Our podcast serves as a key platform for inspiring, educating, and connecting individuals worldwide. We need a skilled producer to bring our conversations to life through compelling audio and video storytelling.

What You’ll Do

🎛️ Podcast Editing & Production – Edit, mix, and master podcast episodes for clarity, consistency, and professional quality.

📹 Video Editing – Create short-form video clips from podcast recordings for social media promotion.

🎨 Graphics & Branding – Work with the design team to develop engaging cover art, audiograms, and promotional visuals.

📢 Publishing & Distribution – Upload podcast episodes to hosting platforms and manage content distribution across social media and streaming services.

📊 Content Strategy & Engagement – Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize podcast reach and engagement.

Who We're Looking For

✅ Experience in podcast production, audio editing, and video editing. ✅ Proficiency in Adobe Audition, Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar software.

✅ Strong understanding of sound design, EQ, and audio enhancement.

✅ Ability to create engaging video snippets for social media promotion.

✅ Detail-oriented with a creative mindset and passion for storytelling.
