Volunteer for a startup recycling clothes to support individuals and families in need ♻️
The Bra Recyclers: Our mission is to promote a sustainable future by collaborating with retailers and their customers to recycle lingerie, reduce textile waste, and enhance environmental and community stewardship.
We provide underwear to over 140 organizations worldwide and 22 Title 1 schools in the Phoenix area. Access to proper hygiene and clean underwear is crucial for promoting confidence, self-esteem, and security. These factors are essential for individuals to break the cycle of poverty and achieve success within their community.
In our operations, we collaborate with local organizations to create job opportunities for individuals with disabilities. They assist in sorting, boxing, and managing the warehouse.
We also work with retailers to offer a more responsible and sustainable solution for disposing of their overstock and returns rather than resorting to landfills.
