Marketing Manager (B2B, Sponsorships & Brand Partnerships)
Remote-first (Belgium HQ) | Full-time

We help football clubs, festivals and sponsors like travel brands, banks and retailers actually measure the impact of their partnerships and use that data to grow. With our platform we (Im)prove fans converting into customers, the revenue it brings for the sponsor and if it affects loyalty.

We’re growing fast and looking for a Marketing Manager to help us scale.
This isn’t a job with fixed hours or endless approvals. We care about results, not time clocks. Your job? Get the right brands and rights holders into our pipeline. Period.
What you’ll do
• Own and execute our content strategy — write sharp, relevant content for LinkedIn, email, and blog
• Set up and manage ad campaigns (LinkedIn & Google) with a focus on lead generation
• Organize small-scale events and activations that get the right people in the room
• Create sales enablement material: case studies, one-pagers, decks
• Collaborate with the founders to test new messaging and acquisition ideas
• Track performance, test, improve, repeat

What we’re looking for
• 2+ years in B2B marketing, ideally in a startup or fast-moving team
• Proven experience writing and running campaigns that convert
• Hands-on with ad platforms, analytics, and marketing automation
• Strong copywriting and content instincts — you know what works on LinkedIn
• You’re scrappy, curious, and focused on output
• Fluent in English (Dutch is a plus)
