About the Job:

We are seeking a part-time Business Manager to assist with managing day-to-day operations, restocking inventory, coordinating with stylists, and shipping orders. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree and previous project management experience. This role is perfect for someone who lives in the metro Atlanta area, has reliable transportation, and is looking for a flexible, part-time opportunity to work with a growing startup.

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Manage daily operations, ensuring smooth functioning of the business

• Coordinate with stylists to ensure timely and quality service

• Restock inventory as needed and maintain accurate inventory records

• Oversee the shipping of orders, ensuring timely delivery to customers

• Collaborate with the CEO and CMO to implement business strategies and optimize processes

• Contribute to the continuous improvement of the user experience and customer satisfaction

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree preferred

• Previous project management experience is a plus

• Strong organizational and time management skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic inventory management software

• Must live in the metro Atlanta area and have reliable transportation

Job Details:

• Part-time position, 10-15 hours per week (20 hours max)

• Pay is $25/hr

• Flexible schedule with the ability to work some evenings and weekends as needed

• Competitive hourly rate commensurate with experience
