As a Data Scientist in our Harmony Editor Company, you’ll focus on developing and improving our agentic AI solutions which already run in production and serve millions of our users.

Job Description
As a Data Scientist in our Harmony Editor Company, you’ll focus on developing and improving our agentic AI solutions which already run in production and serve millions of our users.
In your day-to-day, you will:
- Develop and enhance production-grade AI agents
- Apply generative AI models to improve Wix products' experience and efficiency
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions within existing frameworks
- Mentor team members in AI techniques and best practices
- Work very closely with R&D and Product teams
Qualifications
- 5+ years experience in Data Science with relevant exposure to generative AI projects
- Proficiency with LLM, including Context Engineering, advanced prompt techniques, Fine-Tuning, Automatic Evaluation, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)
- Demonstrated ability to implement scalable and maintainable end-to-end solutions including production code
- Proficiency in Python and experience with ML frameworks
- Strong team player with great communication skills
- Background Experience with website building, web architecture and structuring websites (templates, components, CMS) – an advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, or related fields – an advantage
- MSc or PhD in a relevant field - a significant advantage
