Job Description

What you will do:

• Collaborate with designers, engineers, and product teams to scale and evolve design practices
• Maintain and improve clear, accessible, and up-to-date design system documentation and guidelines
• Build and manage high-quality Figma libraries and assets that bridge design and code in close collaboration with engineers
• Explore and integrate AI workflows to streamline design and documentation processes
• Research and implement improvements to design system structure, tools, and infrastructure
• Mentor and support designers in using the system, providing feedback and driving consistency
  
  

Qualifications

• Have 2+ years of experience in product design
• Passionate about designing user interfaces with pixel-perfect quality
• Confident in your ability to understand and solve problems for different user groups, including designers and developers
• Curious and motivated to explore AI-driven tools and workflows, and apply them to improve design system processes and experiences
• Enjoy focusing on technical and structural problems
• Comfortable to communicate with multiple teams across the company
• Having experience contributing, maintaining or working with a design system would be a big plus
  
  

Additional Information

As part of the Components group, you’ll join the Vilnius-based team behind the Wix Design System - a foundational building block powering all Wix products, from editors to dashboards. In this role, you’ll help shape and scale a system used daily by hundreds of designers and engineers, driving consistency, quality, and innovation across the company.

Salary range is 2800 - 3700 Eur GROSS / month (Total compensation, including RSU package)
