Job Description
As a Talent Sourcer at Wix, you'll play a key role in identifying and attracting top-tier talent for our growing teams. You'll develop strategic sourcing strategies, collaborate with hiring managers.

Job Description
As a Talent Sourcer at Wix, you'll play a key role in identifying and attracting top-tier talent for our growing teams. You'll develop strategic sourcing strategies, collaborate with hiring managers.
In your day-to-day, you will:
- Proactively identify and engage with top-tier talent who aren't actively seeking new opportunities
- Analyze market trends and develop comprehensive sourcing strategies for niche roles
- Build strong partnerships with hiring managers to understand technical needs and influence hiring decisions through market insights
- Translate complex hiring metrics into actionable insights for leadership
- 2+ years of experience in a software company
- Proven track record in R&D sourcing, specifically for passive candidates in a fast-paced tech environment
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication and storytelling abilities
