Marketing & Comms Intern (curriculare)

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Marketing & Communications
Intern to join our team. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to a rapidly
growing startup in the EdT ech sector, working at the intersection of marketing,
communications, and education.
The Marketing & Comms Intern will play a pivotal role in transforming the valuable
content from Wibo's training programs into impactful marketing assets, thereby
enhancing brand visibility and market presence. This position provides significant
learning and professional growth, with the intern gaining direct experience and
mentorship within a dynamic startup setting.
Learning will be driven by the content of our academy classes, and guided by a
marketing manager boasting 14+ years of experience across diverse industries and
renowned companies including Uber, Juventus, and L'Oréal.
Key Responsibilities:
● Content Development: Transform insights and key takeaways from Wibo's
corporate training sessions into compelling content formats, including blog
articles, website content, social media updates, and newsletters.
● Search Engine Optimization (SEO): Support the development of SEO-optimized
content to improve Wibo's online discoverability and organic search rankings.
● Social Media Management: Contribute to the execution of Wibo's LinkedIn
strategy. Support the revitalization of the Instagram channel by developing
engaging content and nurturing community interaction. Gain hands-on
experience by participating in the launch of Wibo’s TikT ok channel, applying a
test-and-learn framework.
● Growth Initiatives: Contribute to marketing and growth-oriented projects
aimed at expanding Wibo's reach and customer acquisition.
● Event Support: Provide assistance in the organization and execution of online
and potentially in-person events, such as webinars and workshops.
Required skills:
- Outstanding written communication skills in Italian and English.
- Creative mindset
- Demonstrated interest in content creation and digital marketing trends.
- Basic understanding of SEO principles and social media platforms.
- Proactive, organized, and eager to learn in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Nice to have: Experience with video editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar).
- Nice to have: Familiarity with design software such as Figma for visual
content creation.
