Who are you?

We are seeking a passionate and motivated Sales Development Representative to play a key role in our sales team. Your main objective is to generate interest in CPG industry offerings, particularly RGM solutions (Price & Trade promotions) (B2B), through various channels such as Email, LinkedIn, and Social Media Marketing tools, to schedule calls and engage potential customers. The SDR will be integral in helping the company build a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities and grow revenue.

We require an SDR who enjoys working in a fast-paced, innovative environment, can solve problems and think on their feet, is self-motivated, and is comfortable navigating ambiguity, adapting, and taking ownership of improvement. What You’ll Do:

  • Place outbound calls in order to uncover and quantify opportunities for our sales team by calling CPG industry, being able to speak with C-level, VP-level and Director level.
  • Set qualified introductory meetings for the Sales team.
  • Provide sufficient follow-up via phone and email.
  • Identify high-potential companies that would be a good fit to work with.
  • Work with the Sales team to develop and lead inbound and outbound campaigns from idea-generation through to qualified call
  • Make synergy with the Sales, Marketing, Finance, reporting to the Sales Department.
  • Check that the contact information, market data, qualifiers, and other information from prospects; maintain accurate data in the CRM system.
  • Submit Daily and weekly Productivity reports/Data Entry of leads.
  • Meet daily, weekly and monthly lead generation goals.
  • Give support to the sales team after the lead is qualified.

What You Need To Succeed:

  • 2+ successful years in B2B sales as SDR/BDR or call-center with experience in high-volume outbound sales prospecting and account-based selling.
  • The ability to proactively engage new clients through outbound email and phone and ability to craft highly relevant emails across different personas.
  • Excellent listening and strong communication skills in both Spanish (native) and English (C1-Proficient), outstanding verbal and written communication, and comfortable speaking to anyone.
  • Attention to detail, follow-up, effective time management as well as strong planning, organization skills and ability to work independently or open to guidance.
  • Self-motivated achiever with a track record of meeting and exceeding goals.
  • Strong computer skills, working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Docs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Experience with the use of CRM software, such as Hubspot or Salesforce.
  • Nice to have: Experience in selling professional services or enterprise software and interest in the CPG industry.
