Who are you?

We are seeking a passionate and motivated Business Analyst to play a key role in our Customer Success team. Your main objective is to support the generation of analysis and insight findings to generate value for our clients. The Customer Success Analyst will help standardize and automate analyses and templates towards meeting customer needs and routines.

We require a Customer Success (Business) Analyst who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and is able to extract insights from data and translate into actionable recommendations. Our clients include some of the major CPG companies and we work hand-in-hand with their RGM and commercial teams. What You’ll Do:

  • Develop and automate data analysis files to enable the Customer Success team to generate value for customers.
  • Develop and automate communication materials for customers such as Quarterly Business Reviews or Executive newsletters.
  • Support in the implementation of internal processes for the Customer Success team.
  • Participate in presentations and routines with customers.
  • Participate in cross-team projects between Customer Success and Operations focused on business understanding focused on generating and reporting KPIs.
  • Coordinate information flow and requests with Service Delivery and Data Science teams.
  • Support sales team with console Demo for new prospects.

What You Need To Succeed:

  • 1-2 years of experience in CPG companies in areas such as Revenue Growth Management, Business Intelligence or Commercial Strategy.
  • Ability to extract and translate data to actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Understanding of CPG Commercial KPI’s and its levers.
  • Attention to detail, follow-up, effective time management as well as strong planning, organization skills and ability to work independently or open to guidance.
  • Self-motivated achiever with a track record of meeting and exceeding goals.
  • Previous experience working and analyzing large data sets.
  • Strong computer skills, working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Docs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and Power BI.
  • Desirable experience working with syndicated data such as Nielsen or ISCAM.
  • Strong presence and presentation skills are desirable.
