Who are you?
We're looking for a Business Development & Marketing Representative to help us drive growth by generating qualified leads and supporting impactful marketing initiatives — with a strong focus on the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry. This role blends outbound prospecting with hands-on marketing execution and offers the opportunity to contribute across sectors as we expand into new markets. What You’ll Do
- Proactively identify and engage high-potential companies — with a primary focus on the CPG industry — through outbound calling, email outreach, and LinkedIn. While CPG will be the main priority, support may also be required for New Business Development efforts in other industries. This includes outreach to C-level, VP, and Director-level contacts.
- Set up qualified introductory meetings for the Sales team and provide consistent follow-up to drive pipeline progression.
- Support inbound and outbound campaigns from idea generation to execution, working closely with Sales.
- Contribute to the creation and execution of sales collateral, email marketing campaigns and webinars, that help attract and convert leads.
- Collaborate with Sales and Product to align strategies, messaging, and target audiences, ensuring consistency and impact across all marketing initiatives.
- Analyze data from campaigns and prospecting to optimize messaging, channels, and content for higher impact.
- Ensure CRM data accuracy by updating contact information, lead qualifiers, and relevant market data.
- Participate in industry events and commercial activations, representing the brand and sparking new business conversations.
- Submit weekly productivity reports and meet individual lead generation KPIs (weekly, and monthly).
- Provide support to the Sales team during the pre-close process, especially after a lead has been qualified.
What You Need to Succeed
- 2+ years of experience in B2B sales, lead generation, or outbound SDR/BDR roles, preferably with a high-volume or account-based selling focus.
- Experience planning and executing digital marketing campaigns aimed at generating qualified leads and supporting sales prospecting efforts.
- Excellent communication skills in both Spanish (native) and English (B2/C1 level) – verbal and written – and the ability to confidently speak with senior stakeholders.
- Comfortable crafting personalized emails and outreach strategies tailored to different personas and industries.
- Strong time management, organizational skills, and attention to detail; able to work autonomously and meet deadlines.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a consistent track record of exceeding targets.
- Proficiency in CRM tools like HubSpot or Salesforce, and familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Smartlead, Dropcontact, Phantombuster, etc.
- Bonus: Experience selling professional services or enterprise software, and a genuine interest in the CPG sector.
