WOLF is seeking a charismatic, B2B Sales leader to join our growing team!WOLS’s SaaS talent marketplaces have helped over 200,000 job seekers find flexible work in their communities, while helping over 7,000 hospitals, restaurants, and warehouses find the workers they need. As part of our mission to launch the next 1,000 talent marketplaces, our company is seeking a highly motivated and experienced B2B Sales leader with a strong background in SaaS to drive revenue growth and build lasting customer relationships. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully leading a sales team, sourcing and closing deals in SMB/Mid-market customers and exceeding sales targets.We are Techstars alumni and have closed a funding round to expand our multicultural team which is spread across 3 countries and growing fast!As our B2B Sales Lead, you will be responsible for improving and executing our sales strategy with the executive team, in addition to growing and managing a high-performance sales team driving revenue growth. Responsibilities:Evaluate and implement a comprehensive and effective sales strategy that aligns with the company's overall business goals and objectives.Build and manage a high-performance B2B sales team, providing coaching, training, and support to team members to drive success.Own the sales pipeline and ensure consistent and predictable sales forecast accuracy.Collaborate cross-functionally with teams such as product, marketing, and customer success.Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners, and ensure customer satisfaction.Attend industry events and conferences to represent the company and generate new business opportunities.Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement. Requirements:Minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B sales, with a proven track record of success in achieving revenue targets.Experience in selling SaaS software products to enterprise customers.Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with a proven ability to build and manage high-performance sales teams.Excellent communication and negotiation skills.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, startup environment.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Adaptable and resilient: You’re a pro at handling rejection and persisting in the face of challenges. You adapt your approach as needed to make successful connectionsStrategic thinking: You have the ability to think critically and strategically, using data and insights to inform your outreach and approach to different companies and decision-makers.Must be Tech-savvy - we are building cutting edge technology of course Nice to have:Experience in Mid-Market or Enterprise enterprise sales in the staffing or recruitment spaceAbility to work in a hybrid-remote, and preferablly located in Austin, TexasIf you are a self-starter with a passion for sales, a track record of success, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you.
