- You are goal-oriented with a natural drive to take action to achieve your objectives
- Strong communication and sales skills are in your DNA
- You are good at handling the nuances of outbound sales and not afraid to call or email strangers
- Ability to quickly engage and influence prospects
- You can quickly respond to common objections and build rapport and/or empathize with prospects to land introduction calls
- Prior industry experience or knowledge within the staffing industry is a Huge plus
- Schedule follow on meetings for our sales team though outbound calling, email, social media, and targeted outreach
- Engage prospects by articulating the companies product value proposition
- Work directly with the leadership and marketing teams to further develop and contribute ideas to improve sales processes, content and strategies
- Maintain accurate records of all activities and customer interactions in our CRM (Hubspot) system
- Stay up to date with staffing industry trends, competitors, and market conditions
