WOLF is an award winning innovator in the staffing industry seeking a hands-on, results-driven, Senior Sales Manager to lead our B2B Sales efforts. We are at the forefront of on-demand staffing platforms in the staffing industry, and have reached the point where an experienced Sales professional should join the team. The company is venture backed, has been in-market for 3 years, and is driving employment across 45 US states, which is probably more states than you've visited. As part of our mission to launch the next 1,000 talent marketplaces, we are looking for an amazing sales leader to join our growing team.

Here's your shot at being part of the leadership team and eventually building your sales/revenue team over the next 18 months.

What you bring to the table:

  • Sales is baked into your DNA and you excel at the art of engagement to driving deals to close and turning Maybe into Take My Money!
  • Ability to engage senior leadership at a company from VP to CEO or owner and help them realize they need to move their business to a digital platform.
  • You are damn good with presentations, canvas, and spreadsheets.
  • A scholar who has studied popular sales techniques and is able to banter and train the team on best tactics or strategies to sell.
  • Own the sales pipeline, yes fully OWN it. Work with the exec team, marketing, and tech team to maximize it.
  • Been there done that. Yes, everything from building the scripts, sales playbook and processes... all things demo, pricing, and contract negotiations.
  • Wear the WOLF flag at industry gigs and conferences, make some friends while closing business too!
  • Know-how on crunching numbers to measuring KPIs, discerning trends and unearthing the gold mines within opportunities
  • Performance Delivery: You do what you say you will when you say you will do it.
  • Of course ... you are superb with verbal and written communication skills: You are a pro at communicating over Zoom (we do many), phone, email, in-person, and you maintain excellent relationships with clients at every stage of the sales process.
