Responsibilities:
- Design and implement integrations between our platform and third-party systems such as Salesforce, TargetRecruit, and NetSuite.
- Develop custom APIs and web services to facilitate seamless data exchange and communication between systems.
- Ensure data synchronization and consistency across integrated platforms.
- Troubleshoot and debug integration issues, implementing effective solutions promptly.
- Implement event sourcing, pub/sub messaging, and asynchronous communication to build scalable and resilient systems.
- Monitor, test, and optimize microservices to ensure reliability, performance, and fault tolerance.

- At least 4 years of work experience as a Ruby developer on production applications.
- Experience building B2B SaaS integrations, demonstrating an understanding of complex data exchange and communication requirements (Minimum 1 year of Salesforce, TargetRecruit, and/or NetSuite)
- Familiarity with serverless architecture, preferably Lambda & DynamoDB.
- Proficiency in code versioning tools such as Git, Github, SVN, and Mercurial.
- Knowledge of testing tools to ensure product quality.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Advanced level of English proficiency.
