We are looking to bring on our first implementation team member to build and lead the implementation department. This is a full-time, in-person role in Downtown Austin.

At WOLF, we empower temporary staffing companies to transform into dynamic labor marketplaces, all without writing a single line of code - think of us as the Shopify for staffing businesses. Last year alone, we matched over 40,000 people to jobs across 45 states, and we're just getting started!
This is You:
We’re looking for someone with extensive experience in the staffing industry. As an industry consultant and implementation leader you’ll be working with some of the top staffing companies across the country, helping them with digital transformation and implementing the platform.
Key Responsibilities:
Implementation Maestro: Conduct our implementation projects like Mozart, leveraging your extensive industry background to ensure our platform harmonizes perfectly with our clients’ needs.
Process Mapping Pro: Dive deep into staffing companies' processes, mapping them onto our platform with accuracy and efficiency.
Executive Whisperer: You'll be the voice in the ears of our execs, giving them the wisdom and confidence they need to tackle this migration journey head-on.
Visual Storyteller: Translate complex systems into graspable processes using graphs, charts, and more. Be creative.
Diplomatic Leadership: Lead your team with the finesse of a diplomat, making sure everyone is on the same page and firing on all cylinders.
Woo Them All: Build those bridges, make those connections – you'll be the master of uniting everyone towards a shared goal.
Requirements:
Industry Insider: Extensive experience in the healthcare staffing industry, with a deep understanding of its operations and processes. Light industrial experience will also be considered.
Meticulous Planner: Paranoid about things going wrong? Overly prepared? Perfect.
Software Savant: Show you understand complex software systems and architecture.
Creative Communicator: Did we mention this already? Yeah, it’s pretty important.
