As part of our mission to launch the next 1,000 talent marketplaces, the Implementation Specialist is crucial to onboarding these new clients, explaining key functionalities of the platform, and ensuring their long-term satisfaction. The Implementation Specialist will work cross-functionally with engineering, sales, and design teams.

We are looking for an Implementation Specialist who is experienced in enterprise, B2B SaaS onboarding and implementation.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Develop a strong technical understanding of the Wolf platform, with the ability to discuss, demonstrate, and respond to questions, as well as understand the different configurations that can be enabled to meet a client’s requirements. Act as an implementation specialist and coach to help our clients configure their marketplace and begin fulfilling orders as quickly as possible.

  • Align with clients on implementation strategy and create adaptable, scalable onboarding processes, taking into consideration client feedback and timelines to achieve stated goals.

  • Contribute to client’s ability to self-teach by developing up-to-date articles for the product’s knowledge base.

  • Ensure clients are engaged and satisfied with the product.

  • Partner closely with sales, marketing, engineering, and product design teams to communicate the business needs and product requirements of clients.

  • Provide technical and functional support to clients via Intercom chat, email, Zoom, and telephone.

  • Manage multiple client success and implementation initiatives for clients in diverse industries.

What you bring to the table

  • A strong desire to learn and understand how things work.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • 3+ years experience in Enterprise B2B SaaS as a Customer Success Manager, Implementation Specialist, or related job title. Configuring software demonstrations for a variety of different use cases will be a daily occurence.
  • Extremely organized and process-driven. You are someone ready to iterate on implementation strategies that will work at scale and have the drive to continuously execute and evaluate their success.

If you have any of these we’d do a backflip:

  • Previous experience working for an early-stage startup.
  • Experience working with a Marketplace platform (e.g.: Uber Eats, Upwork).
  • Advanced Spanish language skills.
