Project OverviewWe are currently constructing a 262-unit apartment building with two retail spaces in Koreatown, Los Angeles. Construction began in January 2024, and the podium deck has just been completed.
Key Responsibilities- Provide on-site coordination and support to the Superintendent.
- Open and secure the job site at the beginning and end of the workday.
- Ensure strict adherence to project plans and specifications.
- Schedule inspections, observations, and deputy services along the critical path.
- Maintain quality control and safety compliance.
- Communicate with the project team regarding RFIs and material submittals.
- Keep a daily log with photos documenting job site activities.
- Assist in creating and updating project schedules.
- Maintain a clean and organized job site.
- Identify and manage punch list completion tasks.
- 5+ years of experience in residential construction management.
- Strong knowledge of subcontractor scopes, quality control, and field safety.
- Ability to read and interpret construction plans.
- Fluent in English and Korean, with professional communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD.
- Physically capable of walking the job site, including stairs and elevated structures.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
- Work Hours: Monday to Friday (full-time).
- Salary: Negotiable (based on experience and qualifications).
