Senior Product Manager

Summary
Unique opportunity to own product at an established, growing, and recently funded B2B SaaS startup in a massive industry. You'll interface directly with customers, internal teams, and vendors to shape a product that drives real impact. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker, an excellent writer and communicator, and operates with a high sense of urgency. We're looking for someone who’s driven to build a best-in-class product and company.
You’ll Work On
- Own the product lifecycle from strategy to execution; Partner with Founder+CEO, CTO and Director of UX to refine and communicate the product vision, strategy, and priorities
- Create product roadmap (features and timeline) by analyzing customer feedback, revenue goals, and market trends (insights + competitive analysis). Write clear user stories, requirements and acceptance criteria
- Communicate product knowledge: present product roadmap and updates to team, customers, board meetings, and strategy sessions. Update knowledgebase with new feature and changes; share product updates in ActiveCampaign
- Lead discovery calls with customers and demonstrate prototypes to validate features
- Lead development calls: board management, backlog grooming, project and sprint planning
- Partner with Sales and Customer Success by providing technical assistance and tailored demos. Identify product gaps, reduce churn risk, and support renewals
- Oversee Wunderite API and Integration initiatives and communication: Research APIs and integrations to understand capabilities, anticipate issues, and make improvements
- Work with Ops Associate to create and run KPI and ad-hoc reports. Analyze reports to measure impact and guide decisions towards success
- Grow partner and vendor relationships and represent the product in strategic discussions
- Strategic analysis: Business Case Development; Competitive Analysis; Pricing
The Ideal Candidate
- Curious, technically proficient, customer-obsessed team player that wants to build an excellent product. Hungry to grow.
- 5+ years of product management experience in SaaS (ideally B2B product)
- Technical literacy including APIs (design, documentation, integration) and product integrations
- Proficient in analyzing and interpreting data. SQL experience preferred
- Led product initiatives from concept to launch
- Collaboration skills across technical and non-technical teams
- Excited to think strategically and execute tactically (hands on)
- Insurance / insurtech experience a plus

Compensation + Benefits
- Salary: $135,000–$155,000 per year
- Equity: Incentive Stock Options (0.05% – 0.2%)

Remote Work
- This is a fully remote role (no physical office). Must be U.S. Based.

- Typical collaboration hours: 8:00am - 8:00pm ET (varies by location)
