We’re hiring: Social Media Manager

📍 Kochi, Kerala (Full-time, in-person)

XENA Intelligence is a Louisville-based AI-driven e-commerce growth company helping top consumer brands scale across Amazon, Walmart, Flipkart, TikTok Shop, and more. We combine data intelligence, proprietary algorithms, and predictive analytics to redefine marketplace performance.

We’re now looking for a Social Media Manager who can manage our social media handles.

How you'll contribute:

• Own and grow Xena’s social media presence across LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, X, and other platforms.
• Build and execute a content strategy that positions Xena as a thought leader in AI-driven e-commerce growth.
• Create high-impact content - posts, carousels, short-form videos, case studies, and founder-led insights.
• Write and publish SEO-driven blogs that strengthen brand authority and drive traffic to our website.
• Manage content calendars, scheduling, community engagement, and platform analytics.
• Collaborate with performance, design, and leadership teams to align content with business goals.
• Track performance metrics (engagement, reach, leads, brand lift) and continuously optimize content strategy.
• Stay ahead of trends across Amazon, Walmart, TikTok Shop, AI, and e-commerce and bring fresh ideas to the table.

You are a great fit if you:

• Have 1+ years of experience managing social media for a brand, founder, or agency (preferably in tech, e-commerce, or growth).
• Have strong writing skills and know how to make B2B content engaging and sharp.
• Understand social media analytics and can turn insights into actionable strategy.
• Have experience with short-form video content and understand platform-native storytelling.
• Are comfortable working closely with founders and leadership to build personal brand presence.
• Are proactive, creative, detail-oriented, and take full ownership of your work.
