We’re hiring: Performance Marketing Manager

📍 Kochi, Kerala (Full-time, in-person)

XENA Intelligence is a Louisville-based AI-driven e-commerce growth company helping top consumer brands scale across Amazon, Walmart, Flipkart, TikTok Shop, and more. We combine data intelligence, proprietary algorithms, and predictive analytics to redefine marketplace performance.

We’re now looking for a Performance Marketing Manager who doesn’t just manage campaigns - but scales them profitably.

How you'll contribute:

• Own and grow client accounts across Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Shop, etc.
• Run point on client meetings and build custom growth strategies.
• Manage ad campaigns, keywords, budgets and optimize relentlessly.
• Analyze performance and drive consistent improvements in ROAS, Conversion Rate and Revenue
• Guide junior team members and help them level up.

You are a great fit if you:

• Have at least 2 years of experience managing Google Ads, Meta Ads, or TikTok Shop for consumer brands
• Have prior experience in scaling US based consumer brands (agency or in-house)
• Know your way around performance marketing tools, ad campaigns, and optimizations.
• Communicate clearly, confidently, and take full ownership of work
