About You and The Role

Zipline has spent years developing the world's most advanced autonomous delivery platform and serving some of the most deserving communities in the world. Our Creative Team is looking for a seasoned video editor who can help us tell compelling short stories that will educate and inspire partners, customers, and more. An ideal candidate thrives when collaborating with writers, designers, and videographers to bring our stories and messaging to life.

What You'll Do

  • Create videos that tell the story of Zipline, working collaboratively with the Creative team as well as others within Marketing
  • Weave stories together using archival footage, 3D animations, motion graphics, still images, and more
  • Manage multiple, ongoing projects at the same time
  • Craft content for our website, social channels, events, and more

What You'll Bring

  • 7+ years of video editing experience at an agency, in-house, or both
  • Light motion design skills (titles, lower thirds, type animations, etc..)
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate closely with peers in marketing and others across an organization
  • A strategic mindset; you care as much about the why as the how and your work is rooted in a deep understanding of our customers and their motivations
  • A bias towards action; you self-motivate and drive projects forward
  • Experience working with AfterEffects, FinalCut Pro, AdobeCreative Suite, Adobe Premier and/or Frame.io

What Else You Need to Know

The starting cash range for this role is $120,000 - $150,000. Please note that this is a target, starting cash range for a candidate who meets the minimum qualifications for this role. The final cash pay for this role will depend on a variety of factors, including a specific candidate's experience, qualifications, skills, working location, and projected impact. The total compensation package for this role may also include: equity compensation; discretionary annual or performance bonuses; sales incentives; benefits such as medical, dental and vision insurance; paid time off; and more.
