Do you want to change the world? Zipline is on a mission to transform the way goods move. Our aim is to solve the world’s most urgent and complex access challenges by building, manufacturing and operating the first instant delivery and logistics system that serves all humans equally, wherever they are. From powering Rwanda’s national blood delivery network and Ghana’s COVID-19 vaccine distribution, to providing on-demand home delivery for Walmart, to enabling healthcare providers to bring care directly to U.S. homes, we are transforming the way things move for businesses, governments and consumers. The technology is complex but the idea is simple: a teleportation service that delivers what you need, when you need it. Using robotics and autonomy, we are decarbonizing delivery, decreasing road congestion, and reducing fossil fuel consumption and air pollution, while providing equitable access to billions of people and building a more resilient global supply chain.
Join Zipline and help us to make good on our promise to build an equitable and more resilient global supply chain for billions of people.

About You and The Role

We are looking for a Digital Merchandising Coordinator to support and evolve how products, use cases, and campaigns are surfaced within the Zipline app.

This role is ideal for someone who is curious about customer behavior and motivated by data, trends, and insights. You will help translate performance data, purchase patterns, and cultural moments into thoughtful merchandising decisions, while executing timely, relevant in-app experiences that support broader marketing efforts.

You will play a hands-on role in keeping merchandising fresh and impactful, while learning how data, experimentation, and storytelling come together to influence customer behavior.

What You'll Do

  • Execute in-app merchandising updates, including featured placements, collections, and campaign content.
  • Use performance data, customer trends, and purchase behavior to help inform merchandising decisions and prioritization.
  • Monitor merchandising performance and identify patterns, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Support testing and learning initiatives to improve discovery, engagement, and average order value.
  • Track seasonal, cultural, and marketing moments to help inform timely in-app merchandising.
  • Partner with marketing, insights, and product teams to support launches, promotions, and campaigns.
  • Maintain merchandising calendars, workflows, and documentation to ensure content stays current and aligned.

What You'll Bring

  • 1–3 years of experience in marketing, ecommerce, merchandising, analytics, or a related role.
  • Comfort working with data and metrics, and curiosity about what customer behavior reveals.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple updates and priorities at once.
  • Interest in trends, culture, and how timing and relevance influence purchasing decisions.
  • Clear communicator who works well with cross-functional partners.
  • Eagerness to learn, experiment, and grow in a fast-moving environment.
