About Zipline
Zipline is the world’s largest and most experienced drone delivery service. We are on a mission to serve all humans equally by ensuring access to food, medicine and essential goods anytime, anywhere. We design, build, and operate the world’s largest autonomous logistics system, delivering critical supplies quickly and reliably. Today, Zipline operates on four continents, makes a delivery somewhere in the world every 30 seconds, and has completed millions of deliveries to date, including blood, vaccines, medical supplies, food, and retail products.
Our customers include the world’s largest and most prominent healthcare systems, governments, retailers, restaurants and global businesses who rely on us to save lives, reduce emissions, increase economic opportunity, and provide delivery from point A to point B as fast as possible. The drone is only 15% of what we’ve built to enable seamless, reliable, global operations.
Our system strengthens supply chains, reduces congestion, and gives people time back. With more than 140 million commercial autonomous miles safely flown, Zipline is redefining access to healthcare, consumer products, and food across the globe.
We operate at a global scale and are looking for practical problem solvers who thrive on real-world challenges and rapid growth. Our team is motivated by building systems that have a direct, meaningful impact on people’s lives and by scaling the future of logistics. We are seeking people who sculpt from first principles, enjoy facing adversity, and can do the impossible at record breaking speeds.
About You and The Role
Zipline is seeking a Senior Recruiting Partner to help support the growth of our non technical teams. We are pioneering autonomous logistics at a global scale, and our technology is fundamentally rewriting how the world moves critical goods. To support this massive expansion, we are seeking an exceptional Senior Recruiting Partner to help build the world-class teams that will define our next stage of growth.
This role is a high-impact opportunity to act as a talent architect across our most critical non technical functions—specifically anchoring searches across G&A (Finance, Legal, People, Workplace), Operations, and Sales / Go-To-Market (GTM).
This is not a business-as-usual recruiting role. We need someone who is genuinely energized by rapid scaling, leans into ambiguity, and views change as an opportunity to build something innovative and lasting. You will partner directly with hiring managers and executive leads to shape team capabilities, influence talent strategy, and deliver key hires that accelerate our business outcomes. The ideal candidate combines full-cycle recruiting expertise with strong business acumen, exceptional judgment, and a demonstrated track record of hiring revenue-generating, operational, and corporate talent in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
What You'll Do
- Lead full-cycle searches for top-tier talent across all levels of experience, including senior leadership roles, spanning our Operations, G&A (Finance, Legal, People), and Sales/GTM organizations.
- Develop proactive talent strategies to identify and attract top business, operational, and commercial professionals from highly competitive, fast-moving markets.
- Deliver exceptional candidate experiences while authentically representing Zipline’s mission, fast pace, and culture of customer obsession.
- Partner directly with hiring managers and business leaders as a trusted advisor to deeply understand Zipline's evolving operating model, commercial pipelines, and talent gaps.
- Influence hiring decisions through data, market intelligence, organizational insights, and structured talent assessments.
- Help teams define hiring profiles that align with both immediate scaling needs and future organizational growth.
What You'll Bring
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with a proven track record of supporting a mix of Operations, G&A (Corporate/Administrative), and Sales/GTM roles.
- Demonstrated success recruiting in hyper-growth, high-growth, or highly transformational companies where navigating rapid change is the norm.
- Experience partnering directly with hiring managers and business stakeholders to align on talent strategies and headcount planning.
- Proven track record of independently leading candidate searches from initial strategy through to a successful close.
- Expertise in creative sourcing, talent mapping, candidate assessment, and high-touch candidate management for diverse business functions.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication with an ability to simplify complex ideas and move with urgency.
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with complex B2B commercial structures, enterprise pipeline dynamics, or multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles (e.g., selling into major healthcare systems, logistics, e-commerce, or retail giants).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to create, measure, and scale hiring workflows between candidates, hiring managers, and the recruiting team.
- Experience recruiting within a fast-moving startup environment where scaling structures require high adaptability.
- Experience with Greenhouse, GEM, Goodtime, Google Suite.
