- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of PPC specialists, providing guidance, feedback, and professional development opportunities.
- Oversee campaign setup, optimization, and performance analysis to drive continuous improvements and meet key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including digital marketing, creative, and analytics, to align paid search efforts with broader marketing strategies.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, search engine algorithm updates, and best practices to ensure our strategies remain cutting-edge and effective.
- Conduct keyword research, ad copy testing, and landing page optimization to maximize campaign performance.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance data, generate insights, and present regular reports to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Implement A/B testing and conversion rate optimization initiatives to enhance campaign effectiveness.
- Manage budgets, bidding strategies, and overall campaign expenses to achieve optimal ROI.
- Identify opportunities for expanding campaign reach and growth through innovative tactics and audience targeting.
- Work closely with clients to understand their business objectives, provide strategic recommendations, and maintain strong relationships.
- Ensure compliance with advertising policies and guidelines set by Google and other advertising platforms.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Google Ads specialist with a track record of successfully managing paid search campaigns.
- Previous experience managing and leading a team of PPC specialists.
- In-depth knowledge of Google Ads, Google Analytics, and other digital advertising platforms.
- Familiarity with keyword research tools and web analytics tools.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey strategies and performance results to clients and team members.
- High level of attention to detail, organization, and project management capabilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Google Ads certifications are a plus.
