Account Executive - Crypto

What You'll Do
- Source, outreach to, and build relationships with crypto and blockchain founders.
- Identify promising crypto projects that align with StartEngine’s mission and platform criteria.
- Manage the full sales cycle — from initial outreach to signing and onboarding new clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth transitions from prospect to active campaign.
- Stay up-to-date on trends, emerging players, and developments across the crypto and Web3 landscape
What You'll Need
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
- Proven success selling to founders and startup executives — ideally in early-stage, high-growth, or tech-driven environments.
- Deep understanding of the crypto and blockchain ecosystem — including fundraising models, tokenization, and major industry players.
- Existing relationships or a strong network within the crypto startup community.
- Strong business development and closing skills, with a track record of exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building abilities.
- Entrepreneurial, self-starter mindset — comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment.
