Client Operations Support or Clinical Support Specialist
The position will work as a resource to help support clinics, providers and patients both before and after patient visits. The expectation from this position is that it will support and assist in engaging clinics and their physical therapists in the onboarding and setup of new patients as well as the ongoing support required to ensure patient and clinic engagement through course of PT therapy. This position will engage with patients directly to address solution or usability related questions. Developing required process documentation or conducting periodic patient and clinic satisfaction surveys may also be required.
This position is responsible for giving clear instructions to patients regarding use of technology and solution. It is expected that this position engages in appropriate communication, and supports the following activities:
· Clinic Prep and Onboarding
· Pre-Visit Planning and Prep
· Patient Onboarding
· Ongoing Patient and Clinic Communications and Management
· Patient End of Therapy processing
