You’ll notice what needs attention, follow clear procedures and keep the team informed. This role starts with monitoring, event audits, reports and robot supervision. Training is provided. You do not need previous robotics experience to apply when applications open. Job details:- Location: Jayanagar, Bengaluru · Onsite- Openings: Multiple openings, with a gradual hiring ramp- Training: Provided for the role and its operating procedures- Coverage: 24/7 operations with rotating shifts Responsibilities (What you’ll do):1) Monitor live operations: Watch CCTV feeds at US yards and stay attentive to changes in the environment.2) Review events and escalate concerns: Audit recorded events, identify unusual activity and flag safety or operational issues through the agreed process.3) Help supervise autonomous robots: Follow defined procedures and operating limits. Any limited teleoperation comes only after training and authorization.4) Keep clear records and handovers: Write accurate English reports and event notes. Reporting and handover happen within paid working time.5) Help improve the work: Share useful observations and support image or video annotation when operational coverage allows. Qualifications (What you’ll bring):- Practical English for instructions, reports and handovers.- Comfort with computers, browser tools and routine software.- Reliability, punctuality and attention to detail.- Willingness to learn, follow procedures and ask when unsure.- Availability for onsite rotating shifts.Preferred education: Diploma. Equivalent practical ability is welcome. Freshers are encouraged to apply when applications open. Working pattern: Rotating shifts for 24/7 operations. Coverage includes morning, afternoon, evening and overnight shifts, as well as weekends and public holidays, with scheduled breaks and weekly rest. The roster will be discussed during hiring; a fixed or personally selected shift is not promised. Training & growth: Training introduces tools, monitoring workflows and operating procedures. As skills develop, work may expand into supervised teleoperation, AI training through demonstrations, dataset annotation, model supervision and solving unfamiliar problems.
