Core responsibilities:
Implementation
- Lead end-to-end customer implementations of Clearstep’s technology from project kickoff through post go-live customer support
- Develop implementation briefs, requirements decks, and project plans to enable a smooth and timely delivery
- Create, submit, and prioritize (in partnership with product leadership) user stories tied to the configuration requirements of the customer
Customer Success:
- Build strong customer relationships, serving as a partner for our stakeholders throughout their engagement
- Understand challenges faced by the customer and identify opportunities to leverage Clearstep technology to address pain points
- Serve as the voice of the customer in internal product meetings, ensuring customer requests are reflected in the Clearstep product roadmap
- Develop customer-facing assets including presentations, ROI analyses, and quarterly updates in an effort to strengthen and advance customer relations
- Coordinate customer requests and communicate upcoming product releases
Product & Data
- Conduct in-depth analyses to help support product decisions with data-driven insights
- Serve as the company's analytics SME, developing reports and dashboards to support the needs of the business
- Administer Tableau access for both internal stakeholders and customers
- Onboard customers into Tableau, building custom dashboards that address the customer’s requirements
- Monitor user feedback and data trends to inform product improvements
Operations Support
- Collaborate with internal product, engineering, marketing, and sales teams on company initiatives
- Conduct market analyses to understand Clearstep competitors and opportunities for Clearstep
- Partner with leadership on ad-hoc projects addressing various needs of the business
Requirements:
- 5+ years work experience, preferably in healthcare and/or at a startup
- Excellent Excel and Powerpoint skills to analyse and visualize data and communicate key messages
- Proficiency in Tableau or similar reporting tools, with the ability to design dashboards, automate workflows, and generate actionable insights to support decision-making.
- Understanding of basics agile development methodologies and the software development
- Possess advanced communication skills (written and verbal) + an ability to translate data into a compelling story
- Ability to learn quickly and proactively take ownership over core responsibilities
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, highly collaborative, customer-first environment
- Demonstrated ability to handle multiple competing priorities without sacrificing a high degree of quality
- Comfortable translating ambiguous initiatives/requirements into actionable project plans
- Passionate about solving the most prevalent and complex problems facing healthcare organizations
Nice-to-haves:
- Experience developing and implementing customer success strategies
- Interest in business development/sales efforts (attend conferences, conduct demos, develop sales assets, etc.,)
- Based in Chicago or NYC (open to remote)
