The Masters School is seeking knowledgeable and enthusiastic volleyball coaches for the upcoming Fall season. The successful candidates will be responsible for coaching one of our Middle School (7th & 8th grade) and Junior Varsity (JV) volleyball teams, fostering a positive and inclusive team environment, and helping players develop their skills and passion for the sport.

• Develop and implement comprehensive training programs to enhance players’ technical skills, tactical understanding, and physical fitness.
• Plan and conduct regular practice sessions focusing on skill development, teamwork, and game strategy.
• Provide constructive feedback and support to players to help them improve their performance and reach their full potential.
• Attend and actively participate in all team practices, games, and other scheduled events.
• Collaborate with other coaches, school staff, and parents to ensure a positive and supportive athletic experience for all players.
• Promote sportsmanship, discipline, and respect both on and off the court.
• Maintain open and effective communication with players, parents, and school administration regarding team activities, schedules, and expectations.
