What we're looking for...

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented individual to join our team as a Partner Business Development Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with leading Cloud providers (AWS, Azure, GCP), System Integrators and technology partners to generate opportunities to sell Cutover’s Recover, Respond and Migrate products.

You will be working closely with Cutover’s Chief Growth Officer, VP of Sales and all the go-to-market teams to achieve the continued growth and success of the business.

What will you be doing as our Partner BDR?

  • Build awareness – run and suggest events, workshops and sessions that showcase Cutover within the partner ecosystem (AWS, Azure, GCP, SIs) and their customers.

  • Enable partners & teams – help train and enable partner teams to drive co-sell activity, and make sure our internal Sales, CSM, SE and Marketing teams have the right partner resources (like AWS training).

  • Generate leads together – design joint activities with partners and internal teams (immersion days, demos, joint events, sponsorships) that create opportunities, and keep track of pipeline progression.

  • Own pipeline activity – log and manage all opportunities in Salesforce and AWS ACE, follow up on leads, and support Sales in moving deals forward quickly – including helping customers transact via AWS Marketplace.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally – keep the business aligned on partner activities, ensuring execs and GTM teams have clear visibility and stay in sync.

What we’d like you to bring to the table…

  • Demonstrable experience in a similar role/field (business development, partnerships, sales or customer success).

  • A natural relationship builder – confident working with both internal teams and external partners.

  • Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce or similar).

  • Knowledge of AWS is a big plus.

  • Strong communication and presentation skills.

  • Self-starter who’s proactive, organised, and comfortable working independently or in a team.

  • Personal qualities: humble, curious, driven, and quick to learn.

  • Thrives in a fast-moving, ever-changing environment and can find a path through ambiguity.

Target compensation package: $100,000 - $120,000 base, + 30% variable + stock options + benefits.

The final offer may vary from the target compensation package, taking into consideration factors such as your experience level and skill set. If we aren't aligned on salary at this stage, we’d still love to hear from you to better understand if there are more suitable opportunities at Cutover.
