What will you be doing as our Marketing Operations Specialist?
- Own the technology stack driving the operational effectiveness of the business development and sales teams, providing training, and evaluating adoption.
- Implement process and technology solutions to business challenges which will drive operational excellence, efficiency, and cross-functional alignment between the marketing and sales teams organization.
- Own lead routing and lead lifecycle reporting.
- Manage email delivery in Hubspot.
- Perform analysis as required in support of Marketing organization for performance measurement and benchmarking.
- Assist the Senior Revenue Operations Analyst with sales operations tasks as needed.
What we'd like you to bring to the table…
- 2+ years experience in marketing or revenue operations at a B2B SaaS environment.
- Experience with Hubspot marketing hub administration and marketing campaign operations.
- You are comfortable manipulating and analyzing data, generating insights and building reports and dashboards. You are a power user of Excel or Google Sheets.
- Experience with project management. Demonstrated ownership of operations for critical go-to-market initiatives.
- You love fixing and improving processes. You loathe dirty data and unnecessary complexity.
- You have previous sales operations experience, or this is an area where you would like to learn and grow. This will be a hybrid role, cross training with our Senior Rev Ops Analyst in CPQ/Q2C, territory management, forecasting (Clari), sales intelligence (Gong).
Nice to haves:
- You’ve built or managed lead routing and enrichment workflows.
- You’ve had experience in a sales or marketing role outside of operations
- You’ve used AI beyond querying LLMs to solve non-deterministic business problems.
- You’ve implemented data governance for data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA)
- You have experience with B2B account based marketing to large enterprise accounts
- Proficiency beyond spreadsheet with data querying and manipulation (SQL) and visualization / reporting (Looker, Tableau, or PowerBI).
- Experience with setting up website analytics and event tracking (GA4, Google Tag Manager).
- Experience with our wider marketing tech stack or equivalent solutions like Demandbase, Webflow, Clay, Zoominfo, LeanData.
- You understand the integration between Hubspot’s marketing hub and Salesforce CRM. You are already a certified Salesforce administrator, or would like to be.
- You have previous experience with integrating a CRM with AWS ACE.
- You’ve worked on an international team before with colleagues from the United States.

Target compensation package: £50-60,000, + stock options + benefits.
The final offer may vary from the target compensation package, taking into consideration factors such as your experience level and skill set. If we aren't aligned on salary at this stage, we’d still love to hear from you to better understand if there are more suitable opportunities at Cutover.
