Cutover is used in many of the world's largest financial institutions to support their critical technology operations, including 5 out of the top 6 largest asset managers and 3 out of the top 5 US banks.

Cutover has an exciting opportunity for a SaaS B2B marketer to take on our Field & Partner Marketing initiatives in North America and EMEA. This highly visible role is embedded in our Marketing team and will work side-by-side with the partner team and sales team to identify, execute, track, and optimise our field/partner initiatives to support the new business acquisition.

What will you be doing as Field & Partner Marketing Manager:

  • Executing our field and partner demand generation initiatives to increase awareness of the Cutover brand, drive engagement within target accounts and generate new business opportunities.
  • Reporting to VP of Marketing, you will work alongside our Partner, Sales, Marketing and Customer Success teams on events, trade shows, webinars, email nurture and use case specific field marketing campaigns, including ABM and partner co-sell campaigns.
  • Handling all events and webinars logistics, including creating abstracts, landing pages, email comms cadences, recordings and sourcing speakers.
  • Liaising with the wider marketing team to provide effective partner/sales enablement support pre/post online and offline campaigns to maximize pipeline generation and conversion from the regional activities.
  • Track and evaluate the performance and ROI of field marketing initiatives in collaboration with the revenue operations team.
  • Researching local markets and monitoring competitors trends in order to identify field/partner marketing opportunities that drive new business.
  • Acting as a trusted advisor for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Building and establishing relationships with Cutover strategic partners and their marketing teams.
  • Traveling for onsite event/trade shows management and business development meetings to support the regional team.
  • Supporting on organising company internal events, customer related initiatives, and swag for customers and partners.

What we'd like you to bring to the table…

  • 3-5 years of experience in a fast-paced field & partner marketing role in the B2B enterprise tech/software space, preferably within the financial services vertical.
  • Prior experience of working with AWS Partner teams and company’s strategic partners
  • Proven ability to generate sales qualified leads (SQLs) through marketing campaigns and via supporting partner and regional sales team initiatives.
  • Experience of building and executing offline and online demand generation campaigns that drive SQLs.
  • Exceptional organisational and project management skills, and a demonstrable experience in partnering up with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to deliver programs.
  • In-depth understanding of how to use events, webinars, email, ads, website and social media in an overall demand creation approach.
  • A self-starter, critical, strategic thinker with strong analytical and organizational skills who is a team player and high performer.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce CRM and HubSpot.

Target compensation package: $120,000 - $130,000 base, 10% annual bonus + stock options + benefits.

The final offer may vary from the target compensation package, taking into consideration factors such as your experience level and skill set. If we aren't aligned on salary at this stage, we’d still love to hear from you to better understand if there are more suitable opportunities at Cutover.
