Entering its third year of growth, EDUrain is scaling nationally and expanding its cross-functional team to deliver real impact for students across the country.
Internship OverviewThis internship provides undergraduate students—especially those in arts, humanities, or design fields—with real-world experience in technology operations, brand design, and cross-functional collaboration. Interns will actively support EDUrain’s internal communications, UX workflows, and creative strategies. Supervised by the COO, this internship is designed for students seeking meaningful exposure to product development, marketing, and digital storytelling in a mission-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with the dev team to ensure product design aligns with core UX/UI standards and user expectations.
- Work with the sales and marketing teams to ensure all visual content adheres to EDUrain’s brand guidelines.
- Create visual assets such as branded slides, digital flyers, landing page graphics, and social media posts.
- Maintain and expand EDUrain’s internal Notion design and operations documentation.
- Assist with SOP writing and customer journey documentation.
- Draft and maintain written content across EDUrain’s content channels, including blog posts, newsletters, and campus-facing resources.
- Contribute to the execution and tracking of EDUrain’s news cycle strategy.
- Participate in virtual team meetings, design sprints, and outreach planning sessions.
- Submit weekly progress updates and document workflow learnings.
Qualifications- Current undergraduate student in arts, humanities, communications, design, or related fields.
- Strong verbal, written, and visual storytelling skills.
- Experience with Canva, Figma, or Adobe Creative Suite preferred.
- Familiarity with Google Workspace, Notion, Trello, or other workflow tools.
- Collaborative mindset, curiosity-driven, and self-starter attitude.
- Portfolio or creative sample(s) encouraged but not required.
