  • Sales Process Optimization and lead teams and head complete sales team.
  • Close strategic deals with high ARR and ensure high margins
  • Set up processes to track the sales funnel movement and manage KPIs of the team
  • Complete ownership of P&L of the assigned region Managing organisational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue and expense controls.
  • Be able to map the account (end users, influencers, key decision makers) and plan the sales process from initial demo to closure within a defined timeline
  • Develop Business Market from scratch for new LOBs
  • Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings
  • Seek out the appropriate contact in an organisation
  • Finding and developing new markets and improving sales.
  • Be the primary point of contact and build long-term relationships with customers
  • Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key accounts and customer stakeholders.
  • Liase between the customer and internal team.

Requirements:

  • Able to build new business from Scratch
  • Experience conducting product demonstrations with the ability to build relevant, strategic messaging.
  • Excellent pitch, presentation and communication skills
  • Sound track record of excellence in execution, with a proven record of meeting and exceeding targets
  • The ability to assess the market, and execute plan to improve
  • Experience in using CRM - preferably Zoho
