Senior Sales Manager

- We are seeking someone with demonstrated history of successful project ownership and using customer data to identify and prioritize opportunities.
- Complete ownership of P&L of the assigned region Managing organisational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue and expense controls.
- Be able to map the account (end users, influencers, key decision makers) and plan the sales process from initial demo to closure within a defined timeline.
- Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings
- Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones.
- Finding and developing new markets and improving sales.
- Be the primary point of contact and build long-term relationships with customers.
- Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key accounts and customer stakeholders.
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
- Liaise between the customer and internal teams
- Responsible for keeping current clients satisfied and delivering exceptional client service on a day-to-day basis
- Responsible to onboard and integrate new clients and developing existing client relationships
- Payment tracking and follow up with internal and external stakeholders
