  • We are seeking someone with demonstrated history of successful project ownership and using customer data to identify and prioritize opportunities.
  • Complete ownership of P&L of the assigned region Managing organisational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue and expense controls.
  • Be able to map the account (end users, influencers, key decision makers) and plan the sales process from initial demo to closure within a defined timeline.
  • Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings
  • Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones.
  • Finding and developing new markets and improving sales.
  • Be the primary point of contact and build long-term relationships with customers.
  • Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key accounts and customer stakeholders.
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
  • Liaise between the customer and internal teams
  • Responsible for keeping current clients satisfied and delivering exceptional client service on a day-to-day basis
  • Responsible to onboard and integrate new clients and developing existing client relationships
  • Payment tracking and follow up with internal and external stakeholders
