Content Marketing Manager
As Freeplay's first content marketer, you will have the exciting and challenging job of making Freeplay the face of the local fitness community. You will be responsible for creating and producing engaging content in the form to be shared through Freeplay's Instagram, weekly email newsletter, and to be featured on our website. You will work directly with community fitness creators and personalities to create and distribute the content. The content you produce will include written articles and stories, podcasts, video, graphics, images, social media posts, events, etc. You will need to build strong relationships with local fitness community leaders and will often be their first point of contact if they need help with something.
We're a startup, which means there's a lot of growth opportunity for you in this position. You'll be instrumental in helping our company become a household name. It also means you'll have to be comfortable in ambiguity and be willing to take big swings. We're looking for someone who is creative and assertive for this role. If you thrive better in an environments where you're taking direction from others instead of crafting your own strategy and plan, this is not the position for you. This role comes with a lot of autonomy, but also a lot of accountability.
