<ul>
<li><strong>Design and Build AI Agents:</strong> Develop AI-powered agents and automation tools to optimize internal processes, improve decision-making, and enhance employee productivity.</li>
<li><strong>Prototype &amp; Experiment:</strong> Rapidly test and iterate on generative AI applications (e.g., using LLMs, embeddings, or fine-tuning models) to solve real business challenges.</li>
<li><strong>Collaborate Cross-Functionally:</strong> Partner with business leaders to identify use cases, scope technical requirements, and integrate solutions with internal systems.</li>
<li><strong>Data Analysis &amp; Modeling:</strong> Use statistical and machine learning techniques to extract insights, model behaviors, and inform strategic recommendations.</li>
<li><strong>Evaluate &amp; Scale:</strong> Measure the impact of deployed AI tools, refine models, and guide the adoption of successful pilots across the organization.</li>
<li><strong>Stay Ahead of AI Trends:</strong> Track emerging technologies in generative AI, automation, and data science, recommending how Constant Contact can strategically leverage them.</li>

<p><strong>Who You Are:</strong></p>
<p><strong>Required Skills &amp; Experience</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>
<ul>
<li>3+ years of experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, or a related technical field.</li>
<li>Proficiency with Python and libraries such as pandas, scikit-learn, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.</li>
<li>Experience working with Large Language Models (LLMs) (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic, or Hugging Face frameworks).</li>
<li>Proven ability to build and deploy end-to-end AI or automation solutions (e.g., chatbots, process automation, internal copilots).</li>
<li>Strong analytical skills and ability to communicate technical concepts to business stakeholders.</li>
<li>Entrepreneurial mindset and comfort working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.</li>
</ul>

<p><strong>Preferred Qualifications</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>
<ul>
<li>Experience using APIs and orchestration tools to connect AI agents with business systems (e.g., Salesforce, Jira, internal databases).</li>
<li>Experience working with SQL databases.</li>
<li>Familiarity with prompt engineering, RAG (retrieval-augmented generation), or fine-tuning LLMs.</li>
<li>Experience in SaaS, marketing technology, or digital platforms.</li>
</ul>

</ul><p>The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate’s experience, their education and work location. In addition, some roles may be eligible for additional on target commission pay or bonus.
