- Operationalise complex models: You will deeply integrate with our Data Science and Data Engineering teams to turn complex models and features into reality.
- Deliver strategic insights: Provide analysis and recommendations that directly influence our plans for high-value channels including Email, SEO, and paid media.
- Master experimental design: Design and interpret rigorous A/B tests and multi-variate experiments to measure the causal impact of our marketing strategies.
- Drive site performance: Use Google Analytics (GA4) alongside internal site data to uncover opportunities and unlock growth on-site.
- Collaborate on forecasting: Support the finance team with the forecasting of annual and monthly campaign performance.
- Lead proactive exploration: Initiate data exploration to uncover hidden opportunities, risks, and performance drivers across the entire business.
- Manage vendor partnerships: Partner with external agencies and vendors to develop a deep understanding of our data sources and collection strategies.
- Multi-channel knowledge: Experienced across multiple marketing channels, including email, paid search, and paid media.
- MarTech specialist: Skilled with marketing analytics systems such as GA4, Salesforce, Semrush, and Google Search Console.
- Strategic communicator: Able to translate complex statistical findings into clear, strategic narratives for non-technical audiences.
- Forward-thinking on SEO: Familiar with the evolving SEO landscape, including the impact of LLMs and AI search engines (AEO/GEO).
- Autonomous & Agile: Capable of operating with high autonomy in a high-pace, agile environment, ready to proactively challenge the status quo.
- Analytical expertise: Extensive experience as a Data Analyst, Data Scientist, or Strategic Marketing Analyst with a track record of driving business value.
- Technical proficiency: Expert-level SQL skills combined with a strong working knowledge of a statistical language like Python or R for advanced analysis.
- Attribution experience: Hands-on experience with attribution models (MMM and MTA) as well as Lifetime Value (LTV) predictions.
- Data visualisation: Expert in data visualisation and dashboarding (e.g., Looker or Tableau), specifically designed for executive consumption.
