Agile Delivery Manager – Drive Predictable, Flow-Focused Delivery at Evri

Ready to lead engineering teams toward predictable, transparent and value-driven delivery?

At Evri, we’re evolving how we deliver technology by placing flow, data and continuous improvement at the heart of how our teams work. We’re looking for an Agile Delivery Manager who brings deep expertise in flow metrics and modern agile practices to help us remove bottlenecks, improve predictability and elevate delivery performance.

Join us and help shape how we deliver the technology that keeps millions of parcels moving every day.

This is a remote role with travel into Morley when required.

What you’ll be doing

As an Agile Delivery Manager, you’ll use flow metrics to guide engineering teams toward smoother, more predictable delivery. You’ll coach teams on lean/agile ways of working, embed measurable improvement practices, and partner with Product and Engineering to prioritise effectively and remove systemic blockers.

Responsibilities

Use flow metrics (Cycle Time, Throughput, WIP, Work Item Age, Lead Time) to identify bottlenecks and improve delivery predictability.

Apply probability-based forecasting (including Monte Carlo) to set realistic expectations for stakeholders.

Coach teams to work with clear WIP limits, explicit workflow states and strong flow discipline.

Facilitate Agile ceremonies and support teams in building sustainable, high-performing delivery rhythms.

Work with Product & Engineering Managers to align priorities and manage dependencies.

Lead continuous improvement through data-driven experiments and insights.

Maintain transparent delivery metrics and communicate trends clearly to stakeholders.

Identify and escalate systemic blockers across the value stream.

What you’ll bring

Strong experience applying flow metrics to improve predictability and delivery performance.
