Job Summary
Lead the Data QA shared services team responsible for ensuring the accuracy, completeness, consistency, and reliability of data across analytics platforms and pipelines. Oversee quality processes for data ingestion, transformation, modeling, and delivery within ARTS. Partner closely with Data Engineering, Enterprise Analytics, and Product teams to uphold data quality standards and resolve defects.

Core Responsibilities
- Manage Data QA Analysts and Engineers performing validation across data pipelines, ETL processes, reporting layers, and APIs.
- Develop and maintain data validation frameworks, automated and manual data quality checks, and sampling methodologies.
- Create and enforce data quality standards, including schema validation, field-level accuracy rules, and anomaly detection processes.
- Own processes for defect documentation, root‑cause analysis, and quality metrics reporting.
- Collaborate with Data Engineering, Enterprise Analytics, and Product teams to troubleshoot data irregularities and recommend pipeline or model improvements.
- Drive adoption of data profiling, lineage tracking, and documentation best practices.
- Identify opportunities for automation to improve the efficiency of data validation efforts.
- Define KPIs for data quality and team performance; report progress to leadership.
- Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
- Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary.
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
End‑to‑end UI/UX product testing.
Front‑end user experience reviews or interface validation.
Ownership of non‑data software QA functions such as functional UI testing.
